December is one of the busiest times of year and is filled with lots of eating, drinking and best of all…PARTIES! But rather than giving into temptation make it a point to only indulge once a week. So if you know you will be attending a party on Saturday, try and refrain from eating bad all week! Plus, who wants to look plump in holiday pictures…NOT ME! Also, if you give into countless food temptations there is no chance you’ll be rocking that tight NYE dress you’ve had your eye on all year! So make sure to limit yourself!
